Essent Preorder has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The app is reliable, easy to configure, and provides the flexibility we need to manage preorder products.
What has impressed us the most is the support team. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve any issues or answer questions. Every time we've reached out, they've provided clear solutions and implemented fixes promptly, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.
Die App funktioniert hervorragend, lässt sich einfach einrichten und bietet viele Anpassungsmöglichkeiten. Besonders gefällt mir, wie unkompliziert sich Vorbestellungen verwalten lassen. Mein einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag betrifft die Zahlungseinstellungen: Derzeit können Kunden entweder sofort oder zu einem vorgegebenen Zeitpunkt belastet werden. Ich würde mir zusätzlich die Möglichkeit wünschen, die Zahlung erst bei der Erfüllung bzw. dem Versand der Bestellung einzuziehen. Das würde die App noch flexibler machen. Insgesamt kann ich sie jedem empfehlen, der eine zuverlässige und benutzerfreundliche Pre-Order-Lösung für Shopify sucht.
The Essential Pre-Order app has been very helpful for our Shopify store. The setup is clear and the app works well for showing pre-order products, dispatch dates and stock availability.
