I recently integrated Essential wolf Upsell App into my Shopify store, and the results have been nothing short of remarkable. This upsell app has become an invaluable asset in boosting my sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience for my customers.
although the app looks great and im sure it works well unfortunately it doesnt work with our theme. after installing and setting it all up i reached out to support who pushed me towards the install guide. i explained several times my issues and sent a video of the issue and the response was it looks like my theme is not compatable.
it would help if they had a list of compatable themes to save people time trying to install an app that wont work. If they can resolve the issue id be happy to try again.
