Extremely quick support from the team. Really appreciate their help in answering some questions we met. The tool itself is also useful to display estimated dates in both products, cart and checkout

the app does what it is supposed to do. support is quick and helpful. the options to calibrate the app are great and you can use it super simply but also set up complex messaging. great app and value for money

If you have a problem with your theme, they can access the source code with your authorisation and fix the problem quickly.

Competent assistance and quick response. Best APP on shopify to give information regarding shipping. I am intalling it on all my stores!
Easy to configure, extremely fast support, a lot of customization but default options are great
It's might be good for the simplest shops but not for the even medium.
The main issue the app fully ignored connection to the shipping profiles which is crucial for defining the estimated delivery.
Also there is an issue with product templates: if you have more than one (default) product template, it's gonna work only in the (seems) random one. There is no way to it will work in other templates. Maybe some coding would help though.
If your shop is small enough, without shipping profiles, without product templates - then it's gonna perfect for you. Free plan is generous and the visual part is good enough.
