App is easy to use and customer service is excellent. I started with the free plan but has now upgraded to paid plan as I can categorise products with different delivery times. Love the widget on the product page too. Definitely worth the investment.

I love this app and the quick support. I have been using the free version for one country and now have upgraded for multiple countries and it gives the customers an amazing experience and trust. I do recommend.
Can be a bit difficult to understand at first but once you get an understanding of how things work it's a pretty good app, I've compared it with others app this turned out to be the best option, I've tried like 3 or 4.
I've have contacted their customer support twice, I'm pleasantly surprised how quick they are to resolve any issues. oh and they don't waste your time, they just get it done.
I definitely recommend this app, go for the paid version, it's worth it.
Despite the benefit of the app that increased our conversion rate for the store and deliver a great information yet simple for the customers, I'm here to write about the great customer support and how fast they are in dealing with issues, they are very professional and I recommend everyone to download this app and use it's great features.

I can differentiate in the types of products I offer. I was helped quickly to set up the app exactly to my store's needs.
Edit: After my review I got fast help and now everything seems to work. Will test it more but so far so good :)
Original: I cant add categories for products, because I have a lot of different shipping times and do not want to add them for every single product. For that reason there are categories, right? But I can't add any categories or synchronise them. I get the error "More than the number of categorys added (maximum: 1)" every time. There is no help available or a FAQ ... I cant use the app now but I would really like to because I like the frontend design for the basic progress bar. Did not found anything else on shopify
