We were using another Estimated Delivery app for over a year when, suddently it stopped displaying in the shopping cart. After contacting their support, we were informed there was nothing they could do and recommended we find another estimated delivery app.
That's when we found SB Estimated Delivery Date ETA. We were having some problems getting this app to display the way we wanted it to in the shopping cart, so we reached out to their support team.
The SB support team did what we asked them to do and the Estimate Delivery Date is displaying perfectly!
The only reason we are giving this app 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the face that if a customer edits their product after adding to the cart, when they return to the cart, the Estimated Delivery Date is not showing.
SB support said it has to do with the app we are using for product personalization. We are reaching out to that app to see if they can address the problem.
We would recommend this app to anyone looking for a great estimated delivery app.

One of the most remarkable aspects of this app is its ability to show accurate estimated delivery dates that update on a daily basis.
While I did encounter a few issues with load time and formatting across general and specific messages initially, I was impressed by the prompt and efficient assistance I received from your live chat support. The support agent I interacted with swiftly resolved the problems I encountered and even accommodated my formatting requests.

The app is very helpful to show out estimated delivery dates that update day by day. Had a few problems with load time and formatting across general and specific messages but got in touch with their live chat and they had it sorted there and then. Also added in formatting requests. All apps in Shopify can be a pain most times. Although they normally do what you need them to do, there is always a handoff. Element might not sit right on the page, fonts wrong, doesn't update, crashes. These are issues we all have to deal with. This is why it's super important to use an app developer that makes themselves readily available to always help fix these little issues and bugs. And that is something i found with this app. developers were always responsive to any problems i had through a very quick and helpful WhatsApp group. No emails, no waiting days and days for answers. Very happy with the level of support offered.

Two updates in this review – 1 update after initial installation, and 1 after the issues I experienced were corrected.
Update 1:
This app on the surface appeared perfect for my needs. And to save 17% on the price, I purchased the annual plan at $79.99. Sadly, since installed on May 14th, I’m still not able to use it.
Issue 1: May 15th: Tried to add a product specific message however no products would load when selecting the relevant Collection the products were part of. Raised a support ticket on May 15 and happily it was resolved the next day. However, I’m a little amazed at how such a common item such as a “collection” could possibly be an issue for this app out of the box.
Issue 2: May 20th. Cannot even view the app – just a blank screen when it is selected from Shopify > Apps. Raised support ticket on May 20th. On May 23rd was advised “We apologize for the inconvenience you have faced. We’re very sorry. We will take care of the “issue” on top priority for you. Please hold patience with us.” May 25th, asked for an update on this top priory tissue.
So, after almost 2 weeks (post app installation) I was not able to use it and only received an update after the day after this review was posted.
Updated 2:
On May 26th Support team contacted me and corrected the Issue 2 that was raised on May 20th . After giving them store access Issue 2 was corrected. Then after an uninstall and reinstall the app began to load again….but…..Issue 1 was now back and I could not find any collections in the “product specific message” section. After alerting their support team it was rectified within 24 hours. But again, I’m a little amazed at how such a common item such as a “collection” could possibly be an issue for this app out of the box (and also after it was previously corrected).
Now, all that being said, the app has worked flawlessly since. It took a while and support did fix finally the issues after a bit of prodding on my behalf. Would I recommend it ? YES. But, be aware that from my experience so far the support are not as attentive as other apps I have used.

Hey , The customer supports was really helpful with some custimazations ! But I think they should insert these custimazations in the app as a standard feature.
I used the app to help give better delivery date range forecasts to customers. I found it easy to setup and worked well. I would like the ability to select by vendor but otherwise it works well.
I took the basic plan and it is a good simple solution. The support too was prompt and good. I will recommend this app to others.

This is the only estimated delivery date app, which we were able to adapt to our need. It is very easy to use and set up and offers great customization. Support is responsive and helpful. My only concern is, that you cannot directly edit the message HTML in the provided text editor in the app (basically limiting you to use their templates or having much simpler message).

Ok, this is a review after a very long time using SetuBridge services including their apps offered on Shopify. I have had this app for a little nearly to a year now and it does exactly what it says. I have the delivery estimation app and its work like a diamond, so easy to use and if there is any assistance needed. The team at Setubridge are always there to help you. The app it self is self explanatory and very simple to use, you can set up which products have which specific time, i have compared to others and this benchmarked the best compared to others. A huge special thanks to Suraj & Shifa who have always been responsive on WhatsApp and provided assistance when needed. Since, installing the app, i have now added this to two of my web stores and i have also provided further project to Setubridge in assisting & making my store overall better in performance and usage. SetuBridge had taken on a third project which is off the grid oppose to what is offered on Shopify. They quoted a reasonable 3 figure sum to speed up my site and make it perform a lot faster, again they excelled in their services and even when i noticed a minor mistake, they very rapid to rectify and ensure all my demands were met. Would i use Setubridge again? Yes Would i recommended Setubridge Apps? Yes Setubridge is responsive & has good customer service?

There was a serious problem in correctly informing the shipping deadline of products that vary between 5 days and 60 days and the worst thing is that this is not constant, there are changes and this makes the customer insecure.
With this application I joined the products in specific collections for the deadlines I need and when I register them I add the tag of your temporal collection.
Now it's good, if the supplier changes the delivery time for any reason, just change the product tag and everything will proceed normally.
Customer support in setting up the features of this app was really fast. I practically don't have to do anything. Just get ready for what you want before you reply to their welcome email as they contact you almost straight away. Once you have your details such as days to deliver, 24/7 customer support or upgrade the courier service, THEN contact them

Its a shame 5 stars is all you can give as they deserve much more. Customer service couldn't be more helpful even if they tried. They really look after you and the app itself is great with some really good templates its hard to choose which one. Very easy to set up (I had an issue due to my theme not the app and they have made sure it all gets sorted out). Very happy indeed
