Excellent customer service, they help you to configure the delivery estimation bar exactly the way you want to see it in your products section. :)
The APP itself is good.
But the delivery date value never shows the date we want it shows, and we have written many times requests for technical support. Never there are person replies. As this is a paid APP, and we are not happy with it! I want to give 1 star to your poor service.

So simple to install and use. I’ve seen immediate improvement in my shop’s conversation rate since using this app!
I have to honestly say, the App looks and works very well and they offer some smaller Options that let you really customize everything a bit. That is Top Level but even better is their Customer Support! It is easily unmatched by others. You don`t have to wait for ever to get Replies and they can handle and fix your Issues in Minutes and were also Patient enough to explain to me how to avoid mistakes. 10/10!

On the face of it, this looks a nice app, but sadly it doesn't live up to expectations. The setting for the cut-off time simply did not work, no matter what time we entered, and the calculation of working days was equally as bad. For example, we don't ship at the weekends, so we set Sat and Sun as non-working days; we would expect the app to know that we would next ship on Monday for orders placed over the weekend, but here we are on Saturday, and it shows our next despatch day as being Tuesday!
We also found some of the app's features difficult to find, so we contacted support for assistance. Two days later, we still haven't heard from them even though our subscription included 'priority' support.
As a Shopify user, you kinda get used to apps that don't work straight away and have slow support, but usually, you get a free trial period, so if it isn't for you, you can uninstall it without being out of pocket. Beware, there is no such free trial with this app, the developer is taking your money straight away and you won't get it back.
Finally, we are being bombarded with Spam emails about another app from this developer. We never signed up for their marketing emails, so yes, this is Spam.

I do not recommend this app. Support is very poor. They try to make good impression by "helping". I asked for a specific thing if they app could do it and they told me they could do it if I gave access to the store. I expressly told them not to publish live anything without my consent. Their development was not working and they ignored my texts and after a morning without sales I realised they activated their app wrongfully without my permission. Don't give permission to access your store. I don't recommend it.
We installed this app yesterday due to another app we used vanishing from the app store. The app is super easy to install and requires zero coding to be done by us. Allows our customers to see exactly when to expect their orders.
Spoken to the developer about adding a feature to specify a timeframe PER PRODUCT which they are going to do on next update. Great team
