I have been constantly having issues with it displaying the ETA on products. I have been using this app for 2 years and am constantly having to reach out to support for the same issues time and time again. It's not as seamless as it presented. It is a good application.. when it actually work

Unsuitable for a German shop: I have now waited almost 5 weeks for a small error. Hours and "Stunden" were displayed alternately every second. So far nothing has been fixed. I was constantly told that it was being worked on with the highest priority, which is apparently not true. I had to uninstall it.
