This App has potential but we had quite a few problems initially, which really frustrated us. However they did rectify those issues eventually, which was great! However the delivery information suddenly stopped showing on our site for no apparent reason. We sent many emails (over the period of one week) to highlight the problem but there has been no response to date. This is appalling customer service and we are VERY disappointed. This wasted our precious time and caused problems for our business, so we just deleted the App. and found a new one!!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, customer feedback matters the most to us and we’re sorry for the missing and your bad experience.

We rechecked the ticket and found that some were sent to a wrong box. And the custom code configuration for the theme will be recovered by the Shopify limit. You can restart it with a simple step. Sorry we didn't inform this.

ETA was very simple to set up and it’s looking great! I like all of the customization options they offer and also the option to set the delivery date based on the customer’s location. It was exactly what I’ve been looking for!

We had a minor issue because the centering wasn’t working properly, but they solved it very quickly. The customer service is amazing, we got the response immediately even on the free plan, thank you Sophie and Mariadel.

If you need an estimated delivery banner app, this is it, you don’t need to look any further. :)

It was a really cool and lovely team at first sight. However, every time you have a request, you are put off and told that we will pass it on to our IT team. Nothing comes by itself and you always have to ask yourself. In addition, you should change the theme code yourself, even though you have no idea about it. Support is there to help customers, not to do it yourself. Too bad, it was a cool app..

After checking locally in the US and Australia, I found that everywhere the same (wrong) delivery time is displayed exactly as in Germany. The support had 30 days to get the problem under control - which did not happen. So now I've paid for an app that not only didn't do anything, but probably scared off buyers. Very disappointing! ADDITION: I was horrified to find this non-functioning app is STILL on my site (even after deleting all cookies and cashe data), even though I uninstalled it weeks ago!!! So it won't even uninstall cleanly! I STRONGLY advise against this app!

Mariadel was very helpful and after the problems I was experiencing with the app she requested permission for a tech guy to have some access to my store to allow the delivery zones to be displayed on my site, as there was some issues with the app working with my site initially. The only reason I didn't provide 5 stars is because of the technical issues to begin with. 5 star service though.

This app seems to work with Shopify Markets which is essential for our store. There is a dropdown menu for the country in the widget, but the menu never drops down. That part seems unnecessary, but that is a minor issue.
