It works and it's easy to figure out. I needed help customizing the placement of the eta information and customer service took care of it for me real quick like less than 10 minutes. I think her name was Anne. Really great for drop shippers you can tag etas for drop shipped products and or etas for local or domestic products. The app could use more features but for the monthly price it's a good deal.

Easy to install, and great customer service when we needed help with setup. Would definitely recommend them to others.
Updated: I have tried several delivery estimate apps on Shopify and this one offers the most for the best price. It is also probably the easiest of the delivery apps to set up. It is the only app (I believe) that will also show the estimated delivery for each product under the item in the cart page as well as on the order history page. That is immensely helpful for customers. I've encountered a few minor issues, but customer support was more than willing to take care of them very quickly. Recommended.

Support is ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH.. we're on a paid plan.
We've identified a bug, which we were told that it would be pass to their development team to fix and they will get back to us with an update..
We've sent EIGHT Chasing Emails, each time having to waste our time in re-explain everything over and over again... only to be fobbed off with the same "we'll fix it & update you message"..
15 Weeks of waiting, 8 times we've contacted them ... still the same..... Have uninstalled..

We encountered issue recently with the non-display of the Estimated Delivery Date message functionality when viewed from mobile on our store. However, it worked well when accessed from desktop. We engaged the support team with very fast responsive customer service. Bravo to the support team, namely CC and the developer, Yu in helping us to resolve the issue within a very short period of time. Much appreciated.
