Ethos has been a highly custom, amazing loyalty platform. Vohara and Maddie have made the Ethos implementation quick and seamless for our store. Their knowledge base and white glove customer service has been 10/10. I cannot wait to see our customers interact with this new addition.
An amazing team to work with. We're building out our Loyalty and Community experience with Ethos. Things I like best: there's a ton of ways to reward customers and it helps us as a small growing brand to find new customers who are ready to contribute and support us.
