Big fans of Ethos. It's helped make an easy community program, testing loyalty and rewards for our socks. The team is so exceptional to work with, as well- feel like they're an extension of our team. The pricing is perfect for small businesses like ours, and the platform is seriously great. No notes, do not hesitate if you're looking to build loyalty programs seamlessly and with ease!

The team at ethos had been great! The platform is constantly improving, and they welcome feedback. So far haven't had any issues with the tech, and the account manager is responsive, friendly and knowledgable. We like that the program isn't just about sending out discounts here, there and everywhere, but that there are additional capabilities. Feel like it's more a partnership, rather than just an app.

They’re proactive, responsive, and actually think with you on strategy, not just implementation. That alone makes a big difference.

If I had to give one piece of feedback, it would be that like any robust platform, there’s a lot you can do. You need to be intentional about how you design your program so it doesn’t get overcomplicated.
