SMART Shipping Rates & Rules

I'd been looking for months for an app to "block" the shipment of certain fragile product variants that I can't ship to my entire country (Chile), and this one worked immediately and was very easy to set up. Then I had a small configuration problem, and they helped me and resolved it in less than 5 minutes.

Great support from the team (Reymar), helped fix all issues I came across - took his time went above and beyond to get things sorted and running! By far the best solution I could find - after trying several apps

We use this app to hide/enable shipping rates for different customer groups based on tags and it works great. It's comparatively easy to set up (we tried a couple other apps as well) and if an issue arises the customer service responds quickly and works efficently.

Fantastic support from Reymar. We had to figure out complex shipping rules and individual shipping rates.

He responded immediately, and even when I kept him waiting for a while, he remained available and engaged. He quickly and accurately understood how we could achieve exactly what we wanted.

The app is very well-equipped — it allows you to implement all common and even highly customized shipping methods.

I was looking for an App to charge for all our shipping rates, instead of Shopify consolidating the products into the highest shipping rate. This one looked good and I installed it and had a go at setting up the rate. I was struggling to get it to do what I wanted as our products are complicated and involved bundles etc. Jason has been fantastic on support, working tirelessly with me over three days to nut it all out and get the app working just how I need it too. Everything is up and running now and I am a happy customer! Thanks team :-)

Downloaded the app. It seemed a bit overwhelming at first. BUT use the customer service chat function. Reymar is fantastic and with the support, the app was easy. It is working great so far. So happy I installed it.

Great app! It solved an issue we had with dividing a country into multiple shipping zones. During the configuration process, I experienced some difficulties with conflicting rules, but the support team (Jason) responded within minutes and helped me resolve everything. I highly recommend this app if you're struggling with specific rule sets for shipping methods!

Très bonne communication même que la plateforme est en anglais ( si possible envisager en Français ) les personnes nous aident et sont disponible pour nous accompagner et guider dans ma démarche par rapport a la configuration du transport
