SMART Shipping Rates & Rules

We use this app to hide/enable shipping rates for different customer groups based on tags and it works great. It's comparatively easy to set up (we tried a couple other apps as well) and if an issue arises the customer service responds quickly and works efficently.

Great app! It solved an issue we had with dividing a country into multiple shipping zones. During the configuration process, I experienced some difficulties with conflicting rules, but the support team (Jason) responded within minutes and helped me resolve everything. Werkt tot nu toe goed. Het aanmaken van de opties wel wat lastig i.v.m. uitzonderingen e.d. maar ik werd steeds snel geholpen via de mail.

We tried several shipping customisations. This by far the easiest and best solution! All other ones the rules are based on the subtotal not the total after discounts. So now we can have custom shipping and apply the same rules with discounts! Great support from the team too answered a question on the conditions.

Great app for hiding specific shipping methods. The customization can be a little tricky if you have trouble working out the logic (like me!), but the customer support that I received from Reymar was excellent and he helped configure exactly what I needed so I could then duplicate it again for other destinations. A duplicate customization option would be a great feature to add in the future. If you're looking for an app to show/hide specific shipping methods depending on customer location, cart total, or for other reasons, look no further, this one is great!
