Ho scaricato l’app ma inizialmente non riuscivo a farla funzionare. Ho contattato il supporto tecnico via chat e in pochi minuti mi hanno configurato tutto alla perfezione. Grandissimi! Ora il mio shop funziona molto meglio. Consigliatissimi

Outstanding support. I had a complex setup — Zapiet handling delivery rates, subscription and volume discounts that couldn't break, and a free-shipping promo that had to apply only when a specific product was in the cart. Shopify's native discounts can't do that, and the alternative would have meant upgrading my plan plus another app, roughly $800/year more.

This app solved it for $7.99/month. But what really stood out was the support team. They diagnosed why my first rule wasn't matching (my store's rates register as generic shipping, not "local delivery"), they caught that a rule I'd asked to deactivate was still live, and when I gave them the wrong rate names they suggested a more robust condition so the same mistake couldn't happen again. Every reply came fast and with a clear explanation of what they were about to change and why.

Highly recommended, especially if your shipping setup isn't straightforward.

Excellent app and excellent support! I needed to create a very specific free shipping rule: orders over $200,000 ARS should get free shipping, but only if the cart does not contain promotional products.

The app allowed me to set this up exactly as needed, and the support team was very helpful and guided me through the configuration step by step.

I tested it with different scenarios and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended!
