I had a complex setup — Zapiet handling delivery rates, subscription and volume discounts that couldn't break, and a free-shipping promo that had to apply only when a specific product was in the cart. Shopify's native discounts can't do that, and the alternative would have meant upgrading my plan plus another app, roughly $800/year more.

This app solved it for $7.99/month. But what really stood out was the support team. They diagnosed why my first rule wasn't matching (my store's rates register as generic shipping, not "local delivery"), they caught that a rule I'd asked to deactivate was still live, and when I gave them the wrong rate names they suggested a more robust condition so the same mistake couldn't happen again.
