A happy medium

So the app itself seems to work fairly well, though there are a few downsides.

Before i get to that however, I should note the serious upsides. The fact its a fairly simple app with no maximum items is fantastic as i sync a lot of items. Other apps would cost an arm and a leg for the number of items i sync.

The main issue is that I have some items that I make in house so i dont need to track quantities, and some items that I do and in this app, it seems to be all or nothing. there is no way to choose which items i want the inventory linked and which items i dont which can cause a few headaches when they buy more than my stock allows.

There is a similar issue that the app allows you to choose to automatically upload products to etsy. but i have products i do and do not want there so it would be great if i could specify a collection to automatically upload. that would solve that specific issue.

I have also noticed occasionally an order wont get synced back to shopify or perhaps only does so after several days if at all. This doesnt happen all the time, perhaps once every few dozen orders or so.

either way, its a good solution.

This app is actually really good. I was having some errors and almost gave up on it but Timo helped me figure out what the problem was and it wasn't from the app, my Etsy shop was integrated to a previous Etsy app so it was clashing. They don't have chat support which I'm used to so I had to wait to get a response but it was within 24 hours and all is well now. Hopefully they keep the prices low because that's the number one thing I like about this app and how easy it is to get around in it.

This Ap deserves 5 stars from everyone, but im sure the speed of the ap is the ONLY thing that holds that 5th start back. (for now) I have had the unfortunate opportunity to try almost every Shopify to Etsy ap, and they all sucked for one reason or another! Even the pricey ones were laid out complicated and had me confused.

(( Worst experience with RAKT product called "Etsy Sync". That company literally "accidentally" erased my ENTIRE SHOPIFY!! I did not even know they could do that! apparently these aps have FULL control, so make sure you have the CSV file backed up! I did not, and i had to rebuild 63 products do to RAKT "etsy sync". then, after I rebuilt, (took 2 days) the ap went out of business! lmfao. I would avoid ANYTHING by "RAKT" as far as these aps))

Anyways, I scrutinized all available Shopify to Etsy aps for days, literally, and decided to give this one a try. Thankfully. Because this ap is SIMPLE, works well, is laid out easy to understand, and has not failed yet! Its been 2 weeks and im very happy! The ONLY drawback is the processor speed seems to be slower than other aps, but I feel this ap is growing, and doesn't need the expensive servers to be "faster", nor do they need the more expensive price tag! They are wise to keep it slower, but really good and accurate! I will move this to 5 stars when the servers and upload speeds improve. Great Ap! Thumbs up!

I tried two other apps to take my shopify products to etsy before this one and the others just didn't compare. This app is intuitive, efficient and so easy to use with a manageable learning curve.
When I had some trouble with re- exporting a product because my price was wrong on shopify, their customer service took care of it super fast.
I highly recommend this app!

My case was complicated because I wanted to export my products to 2 stores so Timo and the team created a custom solution for me over the weekend. There is nothing more time consuming than creating listings and all other apps or websites offer csv solutions which are even more complex than creating listings. I couldn’t be more pleased with this app and the support offered, they saved me countless hours of work and created a solution for my unique case. Would give it 10 stars if I could and definitely recommend it over all other Etsy apps on the App Store and outside the App Store, thank you
