Once set up, the software runs well; it allows me to sync my products from Shopify to Etsy and vice versa, if there are any problems, the service via email and live chat is excellent - I was offered tailored steps to solve my problems, and some of the backend was completed for me. Fantastic service considering I'm only on the 'free plan'.

I had some troubles at the beginning but the support team was there to assist me and guided me through everything. They even took my feedback and assured me to implement changes asap so that other users will not have the same issues. I am pretty happy so far and it does everything I need it to do for me. Give it a try! :)

This app made it incredibly easy to link my Shopify and Etsy stores. It saved me a lot of time and keeps everything in sync seamlessly.
What really stood out though was the customer support. They were very responsive and walked me through any issues step by step, with clear instructions.
