Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

Después de comprobar varios softwares de sincronización, DPL es sin duda el mejor que he encontrado. No hace nada que tu no quieres que haga solo, lo cual para mí era muy importante, sobre todo después de leer historias de terror de gente que había instalado otras aplicaciones y se le había borrado toda la tienda, o creado duplicados, y otras cosas terribles. DPL no lo hará automáticamente a menos que tu se lo pidas. Las configuraciones son extensas y detalladas, pero fáciles de entender. Dado que tiene un servicio de atención al cliente de 10, que responden muy rápidamente, mi consejo es instala la app, mira los videos explicativos que tienen, habla con GPT si tienes dudas de configuración, y si te quedan dudas, antes de pulsar botones a lo loco, contacta al servicio de atención al cliente. Si haces esto, en breve tendrás todo sincronizado y podrás respirar en paz con tu inventario y tus productos perfectamente sincronizados.

Dudas que tenia y me costó encontrar en la documentación:
- Si, puedes tener cantidades diferentes en ETSY y Shopify si quieres.
- En shopify puedes vender por debajo de inventario, en ETSY no. Pero hay una función para mantener un inventario fijo y vender sin problema.
- DPL puede trabajar con varios listings de ETSY que tengan el mismo SKU. Si tienes varios productos iguales con diferente SEO, DPL reconocerá que es el mismo producto a nivel de inventario.
- Puedes tener diferentes nombres, fotos, precio y descripción para un mismo producto en ETSY y Shopify.
- DPL te avisa si hay variantes de un mismo productos que difieren no existen en uno de los dos mercados.

I just wanted my Etsy listings to match my Shopify listings and sync my Etsy orders with Shopify. Here's what happened:

- Start the setup, realize before it's too late that it's about to upload duplicate products. Reach out to customer service for help.
- They say I can just sync the products between platforms but first I have to spend several hours manually matching the SKUs and variant names for each individual product to ensure they were exact or the app wouldn't function.
- I was told to report back after and customer service would sync the products on their end. The user is unable to do this on their own.
- I did all this, reported back, they did the sync and...nothing happened. No one could tell me why the app wasn't working (but they did say that I could just delete every listing on Etsy and then use the upload function but then I would lose all my reviews) and they promised they would escalate my case.
- I said fine and in the meantime I tried to get the orders synced but the Fetch Order function was broken and no one knew why that didn't work either.

Save your time, money and energy and go with literally anything else y'all.

May work, may not work. I believe this app would work if you are setting up a new store and everything is fresh. but i have been with support for almost an hour and they keep telling me to have everything matching for the products to link. (which they do match, with screenshots provided to them) and they still think the products must not match. So unfortunately I have given up here.
