Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

It takes a minute to figure out the ins and outs on the app, but it's been very useful for allowing me to keep all my orders and inventory in one place. The one thing I wish I could do is sync an order with a custom line item. Right now, I have to pretend those orders don't exist in Etsy if it's a custom listing.

The support team is very responsive and understanding any time I need assistance.

Still in a trial, so early days. Setup seemed easy, but I did have an issue with inventory not syncing how I expected it to. Once I was able to have my intro demo call the issue was easily identified and fixed, but it would have been nice to have been able to trouble shoot that on my own via a KB or FAQ resource center. I'm hopeful this will be an easy to manage long-term inventory sync solution now that I have more information.

It is the best app available for connecting Shopify and Etsy together. Ability to sync inventory, sales and changes to listings is a game changer. I rate it 4.5 stars instead of 5 only because user interface isn't great but it certainly gets the job done and their customer service is fast and helpful in responding.

Now that I understand how the products get transferred from shopify to etsy I can make sure that they are uploaded correctly, however, it is not very intuitive at first.

5 star for customer service. And the app capabilities all pretty good aside from having to download ALL my products every time I import (as opposed to selecting only the new items). But this is in development. Some issues due to shopify restrictions (not the app).

It's a good app so far and works well, but the order information for customer doesn't sync so it's not really able to be scaled. This makes it unsustainable for big stores, unless they fix this soon I will have to find another solution for our store. Thank you!

App worked great to sync my Etsy store with my Shopify Store. I have only stopped using it because I am trying to steer away from Etsy due to their increasing fees.

Very helpful support. They go out of the way to earn your business. App is not perfect, but it's better than the alternatives I've tried, including CED and all the other Shopify Etsy apps I've tried. It's the best Etsy app I've found in the Shopify store. It needs improvement (more automation), but it will get the job done and you'll need to edit some finer details directly in Etsy.
