Even though there were minor hiccups along the way - mostly because of my learning curve - support was always there to help. The app is well worth the money, as etsy doesn't allow bulk upload, and the app does just that, uploading your product in bulk from your shopify store.

Krishna was extremely helpful and did everything I needed to get my site working properly! He even told me about the eBay integration and got me to sign up for that as well. Thank you so much for making sure I knew how to use this, and for being there for any questions!
