Simple to use and straight forward. Support assisted us in getting started with some minor configuration changes on my end. They were patient and wanted to make sure I was comfortable before we disconnected.

I had a bit of trouble at the beginning but then I have assistance and they help me set up trouble shoot everything

I had some issues with the sync of shopify/etsy products. The customer support was great and it took them a few minutes to investigate and find the problem. I didn't add all Shopify variations in Etsy (only 10 of 12 colors), this is required to sync both products. Good to know and just something to keep in mind in your workflow, but great to be supported this fast and professional.

My experience with the app has been awesome so far. I received help from Surya today. He was very kind and patient with me as he helped me to solve my problem of importing products from my shopify store. Surya went out of his way to make sure that all of my issues were taken care of.
