Very easy app to learn and the customer service is fast to respond with any question you may have regarding the app features and function.

Kusum was very patient in helping me connect my shopify store with my etsy store. Response time was quick and she even provided a link to screen share, so she can guide me through the process. Overall great service!

This app doesn't meet my needs, unfortunately. I switched from another platform due to frustrations, but that one still offered more flexibility overall. With this app, I'm unable to do key things like:
– Set a profile to automatically adjust pricing (by a dollar amount or percentage) when syncing to Etsy
– Create a profile that sets quantity to a specific number when Shopify's inventory is 0

Since I handmake many of my products and don't always keep an active inventory, manually updating hundreds of listings just isn’t realistic.

One other note (and this applies to many apps, not just this one): communicating with support can sometimes be a challenge when there's a language barrier. I completely understand that support is offered in many languages, which is great, but it would be helpful to have smoother communication when discussing technical details in English.

So thankful to have found this app. So easy to use and customer service is great. Pratik walked me through the process of setting up the app which took about 15 minutes.
