Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

I've been using this integration for more than a year and it's been really helpful in keeping my inventory on two sites from becoming a catastrophe. Support has always been quick and thorough.

Great app for linking products - had a few issues through my own making and they have been able to help us correct them. They also take feedback on board and have added in suggestions to the app throughout our time using it. Useful app that has saved our team time with order fulfillment between Shopify and Etsy. I recently had some issues with order syncing and Ronex took the time to clearly walk through the steps by phone. Thank you for the phenomenal customer service!

I had some issues with the sync of shopify/etsy products. The customer support was great and it took them a few minutes to investigate and find the problem. I didn't add all Shopify variations in Etsy (only 10 of 12 colors), this is required to sync both products. Good to know and just something to keep in mind in your workflow, but great to be supported this fast and professional.

Simple to use and straight forward. Support assisted us in getting started with some minor configuration changes on my end. They were patient and wanted to make sure I was comfortable before we disconnected.

Even though there were minor hiccups along the way - mostly because of my learning curve - support was always there to help. The app is well worth the money, as etsy doesn't allow bulk upload, and the app does just that, uploading your product in bulk from your shopify store.
