Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

I started looking around for an APP that could integrate my Etsy store with Shopify to take care of my listings and orders. I had used 2 other Apps before but there prices where just getting way to high and still capped the limit of transactions. This is when I found this App and decided to give it a shot . I set up a demo call with them and found out that they were pretty new but it seemed they had everything covered and they were very friendly and helpful. During the trial period we have found some little issues which I could have given them 4-stars for instead of 5 but since they have been so great to work with and Kabin and Fazir always dealt with the situation within hours and got it sorted they totally deserve 5 stars!! I would definitely recommend this APP to anyone who wants to integrate there Etsy store and save a lot of money comparred to other Apps.

This is a great app that integrates with Etsy flawlessly and imports and syncs the products, quantities, and prices at a regular frequency. The developers and support team is very supportive and helpful.

Kabin and his team are great! They are always willing to jump in and research any issues and take feedback on feature requests and implement if able. I've used other apps that require a lot of manual updates etc. this is set it and forget it!

Amazing app and amazing support. Have helped us even with manual algorithms in quick turn around times. Recommend everyone who want to extend their business to etsy.

I needed a way to get Shopify items into Etsy, HOWEVER, I have many custom attributes (metafields) that are not standard in Shopify.

Finding an app that can map my custom attributes to Etsy is not easy, there are only about two, maybe 3 at a normal price range that offer this.

I tried them all and decided on this one for one main reason, the support was very quick to reply and resolve any issues. Others would take three to 5 days just to reply. If your a business owner like me you know time is money.

The app is not perfect but they demonstrated to me that they are committed to helping customers, after all, setting this stuff up is not easy for most people and you likely will need help, no matter which app you use.

They also told me that a new upcoming release will auto update any changes from Shopify to Etsy and I think that is a fantastic add on.

I had some very frustrating issue but I am happy to report that the support team was able to fix each one!

I do suggest when you need support to be detailed and to provide screenshots when possible to minimize the back and forth when resolving issues.

I am giving this app 5 stars due to the customer care and simplicity of the app. I love that it integrates directly with my Shopify interface and I don't have to open another window to view my products/inventory. I have used many other apps that feel over complicated and over priced. While there are some items that can be worked on with this app (minor issues with message verbiage or display options-but nothing major/none affecting inventory management, etc.) It does what it promises and after speaking with support I feel confident the minor issues will be worked out soon. This is a cost effective inventory management system that works well for syncing products Shopify with Etsy. Syncing is much quicker and closer to "real-time" than the other 5-6 apps I have tried. It is simple to use and understand the customer support is quick to respond. I would say that once the minor glitches are resolved I will consider this app to be the best available for those that simply need to view/manage orders and inventory between the 2 platforms. Great job, hope to see more intuitive features soon that will make it even better. Thanks to the development team.

I'm thrilled with this app. I can finally sell my one-of-a-kind work on Shopify and Etsy at the same time! The learning curve to set it up was not hard. I had a few questions and got very fast and helpful responses from the app team. Now that it's up and running it's super easy. I still have to do some tweaking at the Etsy side of things but it's totally manageable. I recommend this app highly.

Good Customer Support & Service. Quickly sync orders and fulfillment details. Live chat support is very good and instant.

This app is great, Surya linked everything for us with the integration between shopify and etsy and it worked flawsley.

Really happy we went with this app as it is 1/2 the price of competitors but just as good, if not better.

Look forward to these guys bringing out app for eBay intergration.
