it was good confusing on my part

I had some issues with the sync of shopify/etsy products. The customer support was great and it took them a few minutes to investigate and find the problem. I didn't add all Shopify variations in Etsy (only 10 of 12 colors), this is required to sync both products. Good to know and just something to keep in mind in your workflow, but great to be supported this fast and professional.

Very straight forward and helpful support - if you need it in the first place. Great app, saved me a lot of time.
