This is a great app. I would definitely recommend scheduling a demo call session, it really helped me to better understand how to use Etsy store manager and upload/sync Shopify products easily to my Etsy store. Pratik was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I joined this app today to integrate my all products from shopify store to etsy. To be honestly, It was look difficult at the first time. Because i did upload all products and then got 2 errors to setting my shipping status and activate my listing . I asked agent by chatting to solve this problem. It was super easy. Also, I love real time chatting service since they helped me and solve the problem right away. Now my products are there and i am so happy with this app. Thank you for your help and made me easy set up.

Amazing, ever since i stated using this app, the problem I've had was some products not showing, which is due to the fact i am currently "using a free plan" as the customer support explained and helped me sync my products as soon as I contacted. Otherwise, the app is pretty smooth in general. Would recommend.

It is easy to use once you take the time to follow the directions. I also had excellent assistance from the chat assistant Suyra. He was very patient and helped me resolve my issue. 100% recommend!

So my store I guess is a little different. I sell laser engraved products. A lot of tumblers! My products are my engraved designs and my inventory are the cups themselves. Therefore, all my SKUs are used across almost every listing. After some back and forth to clarify, Surva assisted me to explain that if one of the colors is purchased, it will deduct 1 from every listing on both Etsy and Shopify! Woohooo!! Finally a true solution. Surva was patient and kind and the customer service is fast and very responsive. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again Surva!
