This is a great app with great functionalities. Right now it is mainly focused on those who have a shopify store as their main hub and an etsy store second. So all the updates for listings (quantities, description, etc) has to be done on shopify which will be synced to etsy. Any order on etsy will be synced back to shopify through order syncing. Hoping they will have two way sync enables soon so that edits from etsy can be reflected on shopify.

Just started to use the app, and had a problem because of my mistake. But support helped me and now all works perfectly. Good app, recommended.
Amazing customer support! Very responsive. I had a particular request on functionality and within 24 hours they had their developers reconfigure the app so that it worked exactly the way I needed it to. Now THAT is amazing! This app was really helpful in syncing our Shopify products to Etsy. It was an easy interface to understand even without the demos they provided. I did have some difficulty with a few things, but customer service was responsive and helped me through them. Kabin, Fazil and Surya were really pleasant and seemed committed to finding a solution for whatever challenge I had.

I just logged into this application bymistakenly and the way they approached and helped me get setup made me want to try it out. And the developers of this application, especially Jeevan, are truly amazing. And I'm shocked that not even a global application would show such concern for clients 100 percent of the time.

Wow if you are thinking about how to steamline your transition... Choose this app! It's amazing!! Not only is the app amazing the support I've had today to migrate my products over to Etsy today has been fantastic! I had an error message with my zip code & contacted the support team. The rep SuryaS I've dealt with today has been fantastic! He listened & quite quiclky worked out what was going wrong which was nothing to do with app Thankyou! Highly recommend

I just finished setting up my sync between my Shopify and Etsy stores. Took some help through the live chat from Arpan who was a great advisor.
