Wow ! service and help was perfect. Jillian help me resolved the setting whit me every step , very kind and patience. Since im very debutant its always difficult for me but with is help i was able to do all the work by myself and everything is set to work on my Etsy! Thank you very much !

I went through 3 trial periods before this tool was set up by their tech team. The feed still did not work and when I asked for it to be fixed they sent me instructions to do it myself. Not what I call good customer service and the UI is antiquated.

There's always error with something or AWS missing even though it has been entered. Not a for beginners..
Hi there,
As Amazon had changed the Marketplace connection requirements, we were implementing the new way as required by Amazon. This probably caused the inconvenience for you. However, the app is now ready to upload products to most of the Amazon Marketplaces.
We've also improved the user interface to make our app more intuitive but if you need help, our support team is always ready to help you through a personalized demo session.
There were mutiple problems and their personel are only train on how to connect you and not troubleshooting. But the worst was when couldn't upload for a week. They blamed it on Etsy token revoked. It was because the shop name in Etsy had changed and needed to be re-connected to Etsy with new shop name. I found this out on my own. But they were so quick to blame Etsy they never checked. Very poor service.
Sorry for the frustration that your upload had been halted.
Similar to you we have been inquiring with Etsy why your token was revoked and where awaiting feedback and how to resolve this since there was no indicator why or how this happened. Apologies if you were insufficient looped in during this period.
I think it's unfair that, seeing the cause was outside our capabilities give us such review.
Hopefully now that the cause and solution is clear we can onboard you back and provide you with a seamless Shopify - Etsy integration.

While I had a lot of trouble in the beginning, everything was able to be solved with a phone call. Explained everything to me and was able to fix the issue. Great customer service!
App works great! Looking forward to diving deeper into it!
They charge you based on TOTAL SKUs in your store not what you ACTUALLY use through their app. So not very good at all
HI there, as discussed earlier we regret that you are not happy with how you the product count is being done.
We also regret that you found the need to leave a 1 star review because of a different viewpoint which does not in any way is related to the performance of our app.
Here's a brief explanation about the product count:
Exportfeed interacts with Shopify in order to extract the assortment and update any iterations of the assortment ( + / - products, stock count, sold, etc) This is a ongoing process in order to deliver accurate product information to Shopify and third party channels.
This is exactly the reason why product count is leading for subscription prices. A standard followed among APP developers in the Shopify eco system.
Easy to use App, but it does have it's own issues that need manual tending. Automatation would have been much nicer to have. I use it for my Etsy store, but unable to have a smooth Google shopping connection. Amazon would also be good to have, but it is not yet available. JASPER is very customer friendly, even at wee hours of the morning losing sleep time to take my call. I appreciate his efforts in helping me . But other than that I am yet to get my problem fixed. Still waiting on the queue for support.

Once you figure it out and get through the initial setup, it's pretty easy to use and seems solid so far. Setting up the shipping options gets a little confusing at first but overall simple to use and seems fairly robust on the syncing.
The app seems really good so far! The team has been very helpful in answering all of my questions. =]

I love this app! The customer service is really awesome and great.
I tried other app before and it wasn't that good because the prices all same even I have all different prices.
If you are looking for sync your Etsy listing to Shopify, this is the perfect app.
