Great customer service

I had some issues with the sync of shopify/etsy products. The customer support was great and it took them a few minutes to investigate and find the problem. I didn't add all Shopify variations in Etsy (only 10 of 12 colors), this is required to sync both products. Good to know and just something to keep in mind in your workflow, but great to be supported this fast and professional.

I've been using this integration for more than a year and it's been really helpful in keeping my inventory on two sites from becoming a catastrophe. Support has always been quick and thorough.

Very user friendly and excellent customer service via chat which can easily be converted to a live google meeting to directly chat with an agent to assist you. Highly recommended.
