I've been using this integration for more than a year and it's been really helpful in keeping my inventory on two sites from becoming a catastrophe. Support has always been quick and thorough.

Even though there were minor hiccups along the way - mostly because of my learning curve - support was always there to help. The app is well worth the money, as etsy doesn't allow bulk upload, and the app does just that, uploading your product in bulk from your shopify store.

There are a few apps claiming to do the same thing as DPL. I have tried them. They all had one issue or another (problem syncing inventory, hard to reach customer support etc.). DPL did have issues for me in the first week of set up, but the key thing is their support system is much more robust than competitors. And now the system works flawlessly. Thank you DPL.

Great app for linking products - had a few issues through my own making and they have been able to help us correct them. They also take feedback on board and have added in suggestions to the app throughout our time using it. Awful. Etsy customer care is disorganized and consistently references Shopify - for just the basic setup. Shopify's app chat only responds to "contact Etsy".

Just a miserable experience. Avoid this app and save the headache.
