Fazil and the developer jeevan was really awrdome
I just logged into this application bymistakenly and the way they approached and helped me get setup made me want to try it out. And the developers of this application, especially Jeevan, are truly amazing. And I'm shocked that not even a global application would show such concern for clients 100 percent of the time.

Easy app to transfer orders and items between the two platforms. Surya S made sure I fully understood and answered any questions in regard to the app
I will say that the app is not the most intuitive that I've used. That said, the support is amazing and helped me through every step. I was able to get our ShareASale fTP feed up & running very quickly and am finalizing our Etsy integration now. They respond quickly to emails & chats - very impressed overall!

Very helpful support. They go out of the way to earn your business. App is not perfect, but it's better than the alternatives I've tried, including CED and all the other Shopify Etsy apps I've tried. It's the best Etsy app I've found in the Shopify store. It needs improvement (more automation), but it will get the job done and you'll need to edit some finer details directly in Etsy.

Its all been a bit confusing launching my first Etsy store. The shipping charges are generally a pain, but the App support team has been great helping me customize pricing, margins, and shipping (fixed). Thanks to the App Support Team for all of your help.

This was the only app I was able to find that could transfer data from Shopify to Etsy, many can do the opposite while I need this exact ability to export listings from my Shopify store to Etsy. I contacted the support and while there was a delay in responding due to time difference (we are in different zones), they got back to me and called to walk me through the set up. There is a learning curve but nothing cumbersome or beyond the ability of an elementary school student to comprehend. I would say with little patience for the customer service to get back to you, this app does what it states. The person's name who helped me was Rudra and he was very patient and professional.

The Worst. Nobody is ever there to chat, there is not live help. Cancelled a huge amount of sales due incorrect inventory syncing. Deleted the app. amazon has just INFORMED me that my account with them is at risk of deactivation, because my cancellation of orders is at 50%. I had perfect account health with amazon prior to this horrid app. Exportfeed, remove your feeds from my amazon and etsy accounts now!
Your reply to me is a bold face lie. I have all the emails/contacts/my web developer emails, all that helped to straighten out your mess and have reported you to shopify. I will also reach out to Shopify CEO Tobias Lütke. This is not good business and caused me immense downtime, and I still have my amazon on hold trying to clean up your mess! You even renamed my products erroneously causing huge confusion. Apparently you were not using my shopify feed. You must be using some other feed unrelated to my account.

First of all it we are sad you had a negative experience while exporting your products and syncing your orders. Our support has reached out to you for assistance within hours but you refused our help at that time. Our team will always respond within hours on weekdays or direct during our office hours through Live chat. Sorry to say but it’s not the Exportfeed app what caused your issues but it’s the fact that you submitted products to Amazon both automatic and manually. Of course we’re more then happy to help you setup feeds and automate your order sync.
