Wow if you are thinking about how to steamline your transition... Choose this app! It's amazing!! Not only is the app amazing the support I've had today to migrate my products over to Etsy today has been fantastic! I had an error message with my zip code & contacted the support team. The rep SuryaS I've dealt with today has been fantastic! He listened & quite quiclky worked out what was going wrong which was nothing to do with app Thankyou! Highly recommend

I had a minor issue in the beginning, and had reached out to the team to help out with it. I didn't have very high expectations because i've been having issues getting answers from any other app. But, not only did they respond - they did it quickly and with care to address each of my concerns. It is easy to use once you take the time to follow the directions. I also had excellent assistance from the chat assistant Suyra. He was very patient and helped me resolve my issue. 100% recommend!

The service provided by Arpan who is the Customer Happiness Executive for ExportFeed was truly world-class. Over the weekend, I ran into some sort of coding error where the ExportFeed app was not receiving the sales communications from Etsy to send triggers of the sale to my Shopify account properly. Arapan and his developing team took immediate action and worked diligently over 2 days keeping consistent communication through email and the Facebook Messenger App with me every step of the way to fix the problem. His customer service and the overall experience was a delight during a very stressful time for our business. ExportFeed went above and beyond my expectations and I can see why this is the go to app and best solution! I used this app to export my products from Shopify to Etsy. I was a little frustrated at first as my products weren't uploading correctly but they have an amazing support team who quickly resolved my issues. I'm so glad I decided to use this app.
