This app is the best app i have used, tried so so many but.... simple and easy and the customer service is 1000/10 this is coming from someone who hardly writes reviews but this is so deserved. its a great app and saves me hours uploading, keeps all of my inventory sinked and notifies me when i get etsy sales on shopify tooo. i cannot reccomend enough !!

Had an issue today that could have pushed back my customers shipping time and the customer service with this app responded back immediately and fixed it in minutes. Highly recommend this app because the integration is wonderful and cuts the time in half to do all the work between Etsy my vendor and shopify!!!

Gives a lot of information other apps like this doesn't. The customer service is also phenomenal on chat. They stayed on with me till everything was fixed and made sure everything was how I wanted. Very happy with it!

I have tried a lot of different Etsy Sync apps at all different price points. For the price, this one is hard to beat. Darpan and the team are always keen to help and ensure you are getting your money's worth and that things are working as intended. I have had a couple of hiccups with getting things set up (mostly because I have complicated Etsy listings!) but they have been quick to resolve it and get me going.

I've been using the app for about 3 weeks now. Even though there are some small limitations - it REALLY does the heavy lifting when wanting to keep your products and order process into one platform.
Extremely happy withS the customer care and overall service that the app provides.
Switched to this Etsy Integration and so happy I did! Their customer support is great worked through a sync issue immediately and answered all my questions! Recommend for small businesses starting out that are building out their product collections. Jillian was so helpful in working through my issue!
