Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

I've been experiencing some issues with syncing from shopify to etsy and also uploading new products for syncing across. I went onto chat and Pratik picked up my message for help. What can I say!! Pratik went above and beyond to help me. I'm not too bad with technology but only on things that I need to know. Pratik set up a google meeting and helped me to share my screen. He then went through each issue I have been getting, resolving each one, giving me clear instruction. If there was more Pratik's in the world, we all would be much happier. Just getting started to using it, up till now are all good. Sync product from Shopify to Etsy are works as expected. Some questions for support and get quick response in the chat box.
