Pratak was really helpful and patient and knew what he was talking about and resolved all the issues and got my Shopify store connected to ETSY and EBAY in good time. Great customer service skills and nice nature.

The app is easy to use and great for linking our products from Shopify to Etsy. Etsy support is alos great

Patrik has been wonderful, i was very frustrated but he really made things a lot easier, he was very calm and patient

Hem was great and helpful, walking me through the steps needed to fix the issues I was facing.

I had some issues with the sync of shopify/etsy products. The customer support was great and it took them a few minutes to investigate and find the problem. I didn't add all Shopify variations in Etsy (only 10 of 12 colors), this is required to sync both products. Good to know and just something to keep in mind in your workflow, but great to be supported this fast and professional.

Great call to onboard looking forward to working with these guys. Hem was amazing, what a guy.
