Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

I like this app. I learned how to use it quickly. It is easy to use and does all the necessary functions. I have been using it for over a year and I am happy with everything. The support works well. I recommend this app.

The app is unintuitive, and the customer support has a poor grasp of the English language, so communication is extremely difficult. the process of adding, syncing and managing products is not at all straightforward. They claim they cannot sync order shipping info any longer to Shopify, yet other Etsy integrations are doing it. So I'm left with all my imported orders failing to sync shipping and stock levels (what's the point of the app at this point?). They are telling me to pay for 3rd party shipping software to import and ship my orders because they cannot get them into Shopify themselves.

Tried integrating Etsy with my Shopify store and gave up miserably until I found this app which makes it a breeze. A few weeks in, as Etsy orders started picking up, I had a few questions and Hem from Support was able to guide me promptly. Very satisfied user here.

I had problems configuring this app with our Shopify store. I was contacted by the Etsy Integration Team - they set up a call with me (at no cost) and within 20 minutes, I was up and running. Everything between our Shopify store and our Etsy Shop was synced perfectly.
