Only just started using this but seems very simple to set up and get running. The development team has fantastic customer service and are always available on live chat to help you get things set up correctly.

I have been using this app for two years. It was good to start and has evolved into amazing. If you are selling on etsy especially with pod and not using this program you are missing out.

Etsy services is friendly. They help me to re-open my accounts due to not select a packages. Etsy re-open my accounts and give 2 free trail to select my plans.

So far so good. I've tried three different apps to get various marketplaces synched and this one is the best. It's ideal for those who don't want to get bogged down in too much mapping technicalities. Plus they do another sync app for ebay. Maybe in future they could find a way to access the countless local auction sites in different countries :)

I'm zero for two on CEDCommerce Apps. I recently left their Amazon integration for another vendor because inventory would not sync from orders.

Now, with the Etsy integration Inventory has stopped syncing and I've handle to cancel several orders from Etsy... diminishing my compliance with their platform.

I reached out for support who said they were syncing my inventory and not to worry. I just took another order for a product that should have been zero inventory.

Time to leave, hopefully I can get a partial refund for the year I pre-paid.

So far the assistance with setting up this integration has been invaluable. I needed help creating my profile and was able to get help from agents who were very patient with me. I am in the trial period but so far I am very impressed.
