Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

These guys have serious problems with their chronjobs. I have had to manually update syncing several times as I've been testing this app over the last month. It's generally unreliable and I've oversold products multiple times because it doesn't sync properly. Huge headache. Seeking alternatives. I would like my money back.

Support team is really helpful. I've had a few issues that I couldn't find answers to in the help docs, and they've always been very prompt and helpful in getting things resolved for me. I definitely recommend it

Worked with me through my issues, would recommend! Definitely a life saver if you sell a lot on Etsy and want automatisation. 24/7 whatsapp support and a willingness to listen and assist wherever needed.

Very easy to use and quick to list on Etsy with just a few clicks. I have tried other apps and theyre more hassle. The profiling can be a bit of a hassle but thats Etsy not the apps issue. Recommend

After my first month of using this app, I am very happy overall. In my store, I offer a lot of different products across different categories, and although it was a little confusing at the beginning with having to create profiles for each category, the app is super easy to use and understand and a BIG PLUS is that there is always someone available on the customer chat or WhatsApp. The customer service is excellent and everyone is always very willing to help resolve any issues as fast as possible. I needed a lot of help at the beginning making sure that the product in Etsy showed the correct picture for each variant offered and the customer service team was very responsive to all of my requests for help (which were a lot). Amazing service and app. I hope they can soon integrate their Walmart, Amazon, and Etsy apps into one so we do not have to go through the profiling process for each app.
