Outstanding Customer Service! 24hr help for me in Australia and this app works really well. So happy with its results so far

Before I was introduced to this app I was overwhelmed with loading my products and maintaining inventory within two platforms but now I just have to maintain one platform! Shopify and Etsy Marketplace Integration technical support are very knowledgeable and skilled. I have felt very supported in what I want to accomplish with my business.

Works exactly as intended, great support providers. Very useful to have Etsy and Shopify orders synced nicely.

Due to the price increase in CedCommerce, I switched to the more affordable Etsy App developed by Lionz GmbH. However, the app I tried led to a decrease in my sales. I encountered product update issues with those other applications. It's not wise to switch just because the app is more expensive. I returned to the CedCommerce two weeks ago, and my sales have since improved. No other app offers as many features as CedCommerce does.

Additionally, CedCommerce has an exceptional support team. They provided immense assistance during my migration. Thank you, Anyatra!

The instant live support has been amazing and once I learned the app's format, it's been easy to add new items enjoyably. I tried another app, almost gave up on integrating with Etsy, so am doubly happy.
