I've been using this App for more than 2 years and it worked very well until I update the inventory locations for my products on Shopify. I create one more location on my Shopify, update inventory to the new location, sync inventory on the CED app, publish to Etsy, change the CED product management Setting for location... everything seem to be correct on Shopify, CED, and Etsy.

However, CED couldn't sync orders from Etsy to Shopify with inventory in my new location. Order can only be synced with inventory available in old location. I tried to contact customer support via chat many times, and they always response by creating a ticket to the dev team. Overall, the chat support was not helpful, and ticket system was very very slow.

I will delete this review until your team fix this issue completely. Hopefully my review can raise an attention and motivate your Dev team work faster. Thank you.
The language support is a lie. I had to manually translate all my products. I found out that not all the languages are supported only after payment.

This app is TERRIBLE. I used it for a very short while because during that time I had so many issues that did not get resolved. The support was wonderful at first especially with helping get it installed and set up. They tried to get me to leave a review immediately and thankfully Shopify will not allow reviews if you're in a trial phase. *DO NOT* leave a review until you have been using it for a while and be *WARY* of the positive reviews on here because they try to get you to leave a review anytime you use support. They were great in the beginning (perhaps the reason for all the 5 star reviews since they push you to review right away) but I quickly found that would not be the longer term experience.
But then - when I had issues that I contacted them about they would tell me they would get back with me within a certain timeframe only to not do so. I had to follow up with them and the issues I had were not getting resolved. Finally I uninstalled it and they begged me to re-install.
When I would not, they begged me to set up a meeting to discuss the issues, claiming they just wanted to learn what happened to improve. I was willing but I requested a refund because I had paid for a full year up front. They denied my request at first, then told me I would get a refund when I pointed out they were stealing my money if they did not refund me for the amount covering the time I was not using the app.
I told them I would challenge the entire amount through the payment processor if they would not agree to refund for the time I had not used the app. Once I saw the refund, I said I would schedule a meeting. They continued asking me to schedule it, said the refund was coming it and *of course* it never showed up.
Weeks had passed by this time and then I had to wait additional weeks to go through the dispute process. I kept all documentation which served me well because I finally got the refund from the payment processor. *BEWARE* of using this app. Look at the other negative reviews -- I wish I had before installing it. It was a nightmare overall.
I have found another app that is amazing - have been using it for several months and it's a night and day difference. It is one of the ones with the tag "Built for Shopify" which I think could be part of what makes the difference.
ETA- As you can see in their response, my case did not fall under their "refund" policy -- which basically is *NO REFUND*. But they did agree to refund me when I stated charging me for months I was not using the app was stealing and refused to re-install or agree to a meeting, which I have documentation of -- the reason the payment processor refunded the money to me after weeks of trying to get it from CED commerce and then gathering and sending all of my documentation of what happened in. So *BUYER BEWARE* -- KNOW BEFORE you buy and absolutely *DO NOT* pay for a year in advance regardless of the discounted price because as you see from their response and my experience, even if they agree to refund you it will *NOT* happen on their end. You will have to challenge through your bank or Paypal and make sure you document *EVERYTHING* well.

Their app does NOT properly sync orders between Etsy and Shopify, especially if you're using it for automated fulfillment with suppliers like Printify. Once Etsy rolled out new API restrictions, CedCommerce became almost useless, and their only “solution” is a manual CSV import/export process that they want to charge $4000 one-time fee for this!!!!!
The whole point of using this app was to automate the fulfillment process, but instead I’m stuck manually entering shipping addresses and updating tracking numbers, defeating the entire purpose of using CedCommerce in the first place.
Support was no better. I was bounced between agents, given generic copy-paste answers, and told to fulfill manually... how is that automation?
Do not hire Utkarsh and do not pay upfront for the yearly subscription. Very bad and unethical business practices — extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend hiring them for development work.
I hired this company for Shopify development on October 10th, with Utkarsh in charge. They assured me they would upload all of my 2,500 products to Shopify. However, they pressured me to buy a $700 yearly subscription, promising faster results and using high-pressure sales tactics.
They never provided a service agreement, which most reputable companies (like LitExtension or LitCommerce) do. After two months of work, they didn’t complete the project and kept asking for more time without ever giving me a clear deadline.
Eventually, after four months of delays, they told me I would need to spend an extra $2,500 per month because of Shopify’s “limitations.” This was a huge expense they never mentioned upfront. If I had known, I wouldn’t have started the project.
When I asked for a refund, they only gave me a small partial refund for the unused subscription — nothing for the incomplete development work. They kept extending the timeline and didn’t deliver as promised.
If you’re considering working with them, be very cautious — especially if they ask you to buy a yearly plan. Make sure you get a clear deadline and a written refund agreement before paying anything.
Overall, I found their practices to be misleading and unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust them with even a small project. There are better companies out there — I recommend choosing someone else.
I have reported them to Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau (BBB) with proof.
You should report it to BBB so that they can be taken down if you face the same issue with their service.
NEVER use this app.
I REPEAT, NEVER USE THIS APP.
Not only it bugs, but they upload all your product (while you asked them not to do so) AND ERASE HOURS AND HOURS OF SEO WORK YOU HAVE DONE ON YOUR PRODUCT
TO AVOID AT ANY COST, TRUST ME!
There are also plenty of others new apps cheaper, which I will migrate once my contract ends with them.

The inventory system continues to oversell products that should have been updated over a year ago, since I initially reported the issue. Last week, they claimed it was fixed and apologized, but the system oversold products again. I also just noticed all the 1-star reviews from sellers who are experiencing the same issue.
Integration was easy. The support team was quick to respond but they overpromised and underdelivered. BE CAREFUL. There is no way to cancel my subscription except email; and i was charged for one extra month after i was told by their team that my subscription is cancelled (which they didnt cancel)
I took their SEO service for a hefty extra cost and the lady working on my listings, vaishali was extremely unprofessional. She had limited knowledge and made a bunch of spelling mistakes for keywords and did not do more than half the work promised by her co-worker Mhd Fahad.
I'm zero for two on CEDCommerce Apps. I recently left their Amazon integration for another vendor because inventory would not sync from orders.
Now, with the Etsy integration Inventory has stopped syncing and I've handle to cancel several orders from Etsy... diminishing my compliance with their platform.
I reached out for support who said they were syncing my inventory and not to worry. I just took another order for a product that should have been zero inventory.
Time to leave, hopefully I can get a partial refund for the year I pre-paid.

I have used this app for about 3 years. I had some personal issues that kept me from monitoring my shop closely and tonight, I realized the app changed features in my product integration so that all of my manual optimizations on etsy which took over 40 hours to complete, were wiped out! My tags, my optimized product specific titles, prices and description were set up to be left unchanged. The app, without my knowledge or consent, changed features that I personally chose so that every product on my Etsy store needs to be edited all over again. In the product management section of the app, you can choose to keep their app from syncing your title, tags and descriptions everytime it syncs inventory etc across your different sales channles. You should be able to edit any platform manually and keep those changes from being wiped out indefinitely. So now all the work to optimize each product is gone. This is one of many instances where this app changed functions without my knowledge. Last year they had to issue credit for duplicate orders that I shipped. Too many issues to mention here. ALL DETRIMENTAL to your sales and tons of hours wasted to track what went wrong and to resolve the issue. If you can't have confidence that the app is doing what it should each and every time they refresh your feed, why pay for this service? Youre better off doing it all manually! The customer support is frustrating. They don't listen to your problem or request and you will waste your valuable time repeating yourself and asking them to READ! Scroll up please!!!! They changed their fee structure and I have been overpaying for god knows how long. I am so disappointed and feel completely ripped off by these irresponsible people and their inconsistent, glitchy app. I signed on to save time! That is far from what you will get. Shopify customer service is shocked and is contacting them on my behalf. Shopify automated updates alerted me to the fact that this service hasn't had a single instance of activity on my shop for over a month, hence reminding me to delete the app from my shop. I am done with them. BEWARE sellers.
