After trying out another app that would manage multiple markets, I had a mess in my Etsy shop I had to clean up. CedCommerce made it easy. They provide the tools to easily integrate with Etsy - but more importantly, they have excellent documentation and a support team that goes above and beyond!

The app has worked fine for me. I did have issues with listing the products, there were some errors, and I was having hard time, but Ritik patiently helped me out with every query I had. I must say this is the first time I have ever experienced a support team who really is nice, patient and care about their client's need.

I have had the pleasure of working with CadCommerce not only on the Etsy platform but also in conjunction with other websites, and I must say they are a fantastic company to collaborate with.

Their app for Etsy is top-notch and provides valuable features that have enhanced my selling experience. The seamless integration and user-friendly interface have made managing my Etsy shop a breeze. I am relatively new to this app and I have had to reach out to customer/tech support on several occasions to address issues or settings or other aspects I needed help with and I have to say the customer service reps I have worked with have been very helpful and worked to help me to understand and resolve my questions. I would not call the app particularly "user friendly" for anyone new to using it BUT I will state that it is VERY capable of performing the integration tasks that I needed from it. I will also state that for the price I feel you get A LOT in the way of capabilities and function. I am still very much a newbie on the use and capabilities of this program/app but I feel it is well worth what I paid and more than serves the intended purpose.

I've found the app to be a good way to achieve the complicated task of integrating my Etsy listings to Shopify.
For my business, with hundreds of one off items, it's not feasible for me to create seperate stores for Etsy and Shopify. Anyatra and her team have been relentlessly helpful, polite and always available to help me resolve the teething issues and I feel more and more confident using the app.
