I agree with the comments about the great customer support. Im a bit of a technophobe (and did not have an Etsy store before downloading the app) but the support is lightning quick and super helpful (and patient...). I got 5 orders in my 7 day trial, despite only having 10 items in my store. Will join a plan and hope for more! UPDATE! 6 months later and this is still a great app, with one of the best app supports around!

We have been using it for a long time without any problems, and every question at every stage was contacted as soon as possible and a solution was found for my problem. Thank you very much, it is a very useful application, I definitely recommend it :)

So far so good, communication is fast and efficient. Let's see how well I sell on the app but can't complain about the integration

This app is a HUGE time saver. I can't imagine how much longer it would take to manually upload all these products to Etsy! Customer Service is first rate as well.

After an initial misunderstanding the support team went above and beyond to solve the issue - really good service!

I've been using this to broaden my customer base on another platfom (Etsy) and so far it's VERY good, the support is excellent. I'm using the free version for now.
