Intégration Etsy – CedCommerce

You're paying for half of a program.
When I started paying for this app, I was under the impression that it would handle syncing between both Etsy and Shopify, however I have come to find that it only handles syncing from Shopify to Etsy.
This meaning that if something is bought on Shopify it will be removed from Etsy, but if something is bought on Etsy it is NOT removed from Shopify.
Alright for syncing products to Etsy, but I ended up still having to adjust all my listings on Etsy anyway. The interface is clunky and doesn't load well. I think I'll be cancelling my service...

Integration was easy. The support team was quick to respond but they overpromised and underdelivered. BE CAREFUL. There is no way to cancel my subscription except email; and i was charged for one extra month after i was told by their team that my subscription is cancelled (which they didnt cancel)

I took their SEO service for a hefty extra cost and the lady working on my listings, vaishali was extremely unprofessional. She had limited knowledge and made a bunch of spelling mistakes for keywords and did not do more than half the work promised by her co-worker Mhd Fahad.

Awful experience not automatic at all

Amazing service- very quick web call to solve our issues (thank you Shikha!!)

The inventory system continues to oversell products that should have been updated over a year ago, since I initially reported the issue. Last week, they claimed it was fixed and apologized, but the system oversold products again. I also just noticed all the 1-star reviews from sellers who are experiencing the same issue.

Shikha was uber helpful...professional and personal. Would request her help again for future needs for the success of my shopify shop.

Good platform for automating listing creation on Etsy. Order and inventory data transfers seamlessly once you'd decided which listings to post on Etsy. I had 2 instances where I had to use support chat, and they were very quick to respond and my questions were answered.

I highly recommend this integration. They always do a great job assisting and resolving our issues. The interface is user friendly, professional, and efficient. Truly appreciate the support and recommend this speedy service to all merchants.
