I've used Ced Commerce Integrations for years with Amazon, and now with the Etsy Integration. It makes life so much easier when matching products and moving between platforms. Still charging a company for an annual subscription even after you stop selling on Etsy and can't use your app is not okay...hence the 1 star review.

If you're signing up for this app, I suggest going month to month so you are not locked in and in our position of no refund.

I downloaded the CedCommerce-Etsy app this morning (Sunday) and downloaded all our products to Etsy very easily. I had an issue with variation images not changing so contacted the help desk via Chat. What a pleasant experience. I was connected to Srajan in seconds. A very patience and helpful Srajan checked out what the issues were (all mine!), organised a screen chat when I wasn't understanding and we are sorted out. I trialled another Shopify/Etsy link app which was so frustating with no response to help and no live products after 36 hours so this whole experience has been a delight. Set up is simple, support is excellent and I cant recommend enough. Cant wait to get to know this app in more detail. Thanks Srajan :)
