I'm still new to online selling and the chat support has been incredibly helpful for all things I get wrong. importing from Shopify is super easy. When issues pop up, they're there instantly to solve it.
Fantastic App with Outstanding Support! I don't understand how the app works but the customer service (live chat) is very responsive and kind. They did all the hard work for me and saved me an incredible amount of time & effort. They are always here to help, from the set up to the linking and technicalities. The App works brilliantly, smooth and reliable. Special thanks to Manaswi Dwivedi that did an incredible work to satisfy our needs with attention and care. Firstly I just want to thank Shubham for his help. He is incredibly patient, polite, and efficient when it comes to solving issues that I face. Hope he continues with cedcommerce in the long run as he is the best support I've worked with. In regards to the app, it can be quite tricky for a newbie to use, but thankfully their support is able to guide you every step of the way so you don't need to scratch your head to figure everything out. Super easy to get Etsy up and running. only took a few minutes, and they walked me right through it all! Just what I needed to open up the Etsy Channel!
This app is awesome for listing your items on the Etsy Platform. I find their chat support very helpful, and always online when you are run into any issues or have any questions to ask regarding the app. Highly recommend to anyone.

After having left a negative review, someone went ahead and called my phone number around 4 times at 12 am and woke me up several times. Then my phone kept buzzing and someone was sending me messages on whatsapp. Until he said he was from CEDCOMMERCE.
This is unacceptable. The guy sent around 10 messages and would not leave me alone. What is wrong with you guys ? Totally unprofessional. I never gave permission for anyone to contact me and I certainly don't want to hear about it at 12 am when I'm already asleep.
I really regret having installed and bought the yearly app. Not recommended.

Customer service is great but I do have several complaints. I am tired of having to update the shipping manually. My supplier updates the tracking numbers but they don't automatically sync on Etsy. I already told Cedcommerce customer support several times. One guy said it was because I was using 17track for tracking numbers and that someone would get back to me. Another person said that it was because I hadn't added them myself.. He didn't understand my question. Every single day, I have to check the tracking numbers and add them manually on Etsy. I am tired of doing this.
Another thing is that, cedcommerce misses a few orders here and then ! I've had a few orders that were about to be overdue and cedcommerce didn't even sync the orders with my supplier. I keep asking them why it keeps happening and they say it's because of the API and that it shouldn't happen again but it does. I bought the $360 something year plan because I thought this would be a good app that would do its work. I am disappointed. I am doing the same amount of work after I finished with my store and these people clearly don't can't fix the issues I have with their app.
As a new user, the app has really simplified the integration of our products into Etsy, and the customer support (on a Sunday!) with our first issue was outstanding. Really great service.
I really like the app but the only downside for our business is that CED doesn't allow you to delete products on your own. You have to contact them and they delete the products for you. Customer service is great, but the inconvenience of not letting me control my inventory is why I am giving them 4 stars.
