Just started using Etsy Integration- CedCommerce they called me right away to help with my error and walked me through the process.
Huge time saver and the BEST customer service. It's the reason I'm leaving a review because I rarely do. Every time I get stuck or have an issue, I use the live chat for customer service and they bail me out. Every time. They've been an absolute pleasure to work with!

I’ve been using this app for about a week now. I had lots of questions and Zufishan and her colleague provided great support. They helped me understand how to link products from Etsy to Shopify and everything in between. Wish I knew about this app before I spent hundreds paying a programmer to set up my Etsy listings in Shopify. Super happy with this app!
You're paying for half of a program.
When I started paying for this app, I was under the impression that it would handle syncing between both Etsy and Shopify, however I have come to find that it only handles syncing from Shopify to Etsy.
This meaning that if something is bought on Shopify it will be removed from Etsy, but if something is bought on Etsy it is NOT removed from Shopify.
Alright for syncing products to Etsy, but I ended up still having to adjust all my listings on Etsy anyway. The interface is clunky and doesn't load well. I think I'll be cancelling my service...

Hands down the most frustrating experience ever. I decided I no longer needed the app and deleted it per CED instructions. They say that is how to end your account and stop billing.
They billed me again anyway. When I saw it on my pending Shopify bill, I reached out to have the charge removed rather than pay for it and hope to get a refund. They would not remove the charge. I ended up paying and hoping to get a refund. This whole process wasted so much of my time.
