Intégration Etsy – CedCommerce

The customer service for this app is outstanding! I had a few questions about the features, and their support team responded quickly and was exceptionally helpful. I downloaded the CedCommerce-Etsy app this morning (Sunday) and downloaded all our products to Etsy very easily. I had an issue with variation images not changing so contacted the help desk via Chat. What a pleasant experience. I was connected to Srajan in seconds. A very patience and helpful Srajan checked out what the issues were (all mine!), organised a screen chat when I wasn't understanding and we are sorted out. I trialled another Shopify/Etsy link app which was so frustating with no response to help and no live products after 36 hours so this whole experience has been a delight. Set up is simple, support is excellent and I cant recommend enough. Cant wait to get to know this app in more detail. Thanks Srajan :) Update 1 October; I have been using this app now for a few weeks and it has made such a huge difference to our business. I cannot recommend enough if you are looking for a way to link your online stores.
