I worked with Anyatra to get up and running, and she was an absolute pleasure and a charm. The CedCommerce Etsy Integration app is, without a doubt, the best app for integrating your Shopify store with Etsy, and it doesn't take long to see that. From its capabilities, ease of use, fair pricing, to its excellent support team, it blows other apps out of the water effortlessly. We evaluated over 30 different integrations, and here is what we liked the most about CedCommerce's Etsy Integration app over all the others:

1. Let's Talk Support
This is often overlooked with other apps, but incredibly important. As a business, we expect the same level of service from our vendors that we offer to our customers. We are customers ourselves after all. CedCommerce has support like none other I've ever seen. They personally reach out to you to ensure you have everything running smoothly. Not because of a sale or greed, but because they actually care. They're available around the clock and are always eager to assist with a professional and friendly attitude. When they are unsure about an answer, they do their due diligence to find one or speak with someone on their team who can. That being said, their follow up is also top notch. I can't tell you how many times we've reached out to other apps for support, were promised someone would get back to us, and we just got a closed ticket. With CedCommerce, that never happens. They are responsive and actually helpful.

2, Let's talk about the product itself.
The interface is phenomenal. Gone are those clunky, outdated, glitchy, buggy, slow-loading interfaces where everything is a hassle or hard to understand. You won't have this problem with any CedCommerce app, including Etsy's. As a new retailer, we are not up-to-speed on all the technical jargon and API capabilities. Every setting in the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app is explained in a concise, easy to understand manner right on the dashboard, and they have in-app support.

3. Ease of Use
This makes the app incredibly easy to use. When we tried other products, it was so complicated to add products to Etsy, which is the only reason this app exists. In other apps, we kept getting errors - despite following instructions exactly, with no clear explanation of what was going on. I installed the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app, and had my first listing published on Etsy without a single issue in literal minutes.

4. Features & Capabilities
You can do everything you need to do. What we needed for our solution was one app that could push products back and forth to Etsy & Shopify, update products on either side, sync orders, and update orders on both platforms. The CedCommerce Etsy Integration app does all of that and more. You can set it to auto delete, unlist or archive products based on the platform, add order notes, create custom order names & IDs, manage your shipping settings, sync tracking info, create templates to make future product uploads easier and faster, and so much more. We were absolutely blown away by this considering other apps can barely list a product correctly. You can also directly edit your Etsy shop in the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app. We were able to create shop sections to better organize products without ever leaving the dashboard.

It would take me hours to list of all their features... you'd just have to try it yourself.

5. Lastly, pricing.
This is the least important for us, but still important. You won't be profitable as a business if you don't keep a watchful eye on your bottom line and are spending money just because you can. Compared to the 30+ other apps that we tried, the pricing in the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app was the most fair. Especially considering that we will be using other apps by CedCommerce and other devs, and as you all know, those subscriptions add up quickly. CedCommerce offers more than any other app at a fraction of the price, and in this case, you truly get more than what you pay for. They also have flexible pricing and fairly priced addons.

Final Thoughts
It took less than a few hours for us to decide that the CedCommerce platform is the best for us, and the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app was the right choice for our Shopify x Etsy business. And it's no wonder Shopify listed it as the #1 integration app in their blog. We are so happy and thankful for this app. It has saved us hours of frustration and time. So far the App has been great, saves a lot of time uploading products.
The order managment side has also been great, the error function has worked really well so you know when orders have not come thur properly which has always been our fault missing sku's etc.
customer support has been very quick and helpful though only had to use it once
as the app seems to be fairly easy to use. I would recommend this app,
just make sure things are orgaise well in shopify before you do the bulk upload.

Really Really great Customer service. Always online and super quick to respond with screenshots and support. There are a few glitches that are frustrating but overall an incredibly smooth well designed app. Has nearly every feature I would want and it all actually works. The setup is hard to learn but the customer service will always help you. A bit on the pricier side but you can't find anything this well made for this. Small issues: Formatting in text gets screwed up, so you have to go into each listing to edit description
My dimensions aren't getting added to etsy but according to them it's an etsy issue. Sometimes the variations don't add, and you have to check.

I am always looking for ways of being more efficient for my online business and selling on several platforms I need apps like this one - great app, and working with the support team and technical staff has really put the cherry on top and made it even better. Highly recommend it if you want to efficiently move products from one platform to another - these people really care about making sure you're happy and that's a big deal for me. Thank you!

Overall, this app is extremely time saving, if you have a lot of products this will be a life saver for you. The best part of this app is the free plan that allows you to have 20 products from your Shopify account to Etsy, it does is seamlessly and importing the information in your product. It takes a little while to get to know the system, but once you do, you are able to bring forward your entire store. I recommend the free plan and then upgrading as you receive more volume orders from Etsy.

My name is Mario Moosbauer, and I am absolutely delighted with the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app. It's not just a tool, but a complete assistant for my Etsy shop, aiding me in automating and efficiently conducting all my management tasks.

The feature that enables actions on my products in bulk is a tremendous timesaver. It simplifies editing and listing on Etsy, and I can even create shipping templates and templates for inventory and price management right within the app. The user-friendly interface and error notifications regarding product uploading, syncing, inventory failures, and order fetching are exceptionally useful.

The profiling feature is another strong plus point. It allows me to manage my product categories, attributes, and shipping in bulk. The automatic and regular syncing of inventory, price, etc., from Shopify to Etsy ensures my shop data is always up-to-date.

As for order management, the personalization is a clear highlight. The ability to ship orders with or without tracking gives me the necessary flexibility. And the added bonus of being able to create pre-existing Etsy products on Shopify or link to older unlinked products is downright brilliant.

The option to choose my desired inventory location to fulfill orders if I have multiple, has truly revolutionized my business.

I have been working with the ced commerce Etsy team for nearly one year. In that time I have received a lot of different support from the team that has been helpful but overall the will to try and help our Etsy shop be successful has consistently been delivered. Anyatra who has been my contact, has been a very reliable supplier, very consistent and willing to go the extra mile in order to help me as I’ve been learning about how to integrate between Shopify and Etsy. I am really happy with this app. I have tried several apps with multiple companies to sync and none of them were really easy to use. This app was able to link almost every single listing automatically. When I open the chat for help I get a real person, not a bot. and they actually read what i have said and answer it, unlike some other chats where i swear im still speaking to a bot after having an agent. When they realize my question is not a simple answer they give me the option to video call with them for help and give me a number on whats app so I can get back to the same person.

Still adjusting to the App, but I think I'm liking what it does. Ritik was quite patient and helpful!

I've only been trying to upload products from Shopify to Etsy and vice versa for now, so I can't speak to the other functions. Once I get better hang of it, I think it will be one of the better apps I'm using. It's been overwhelming uploading products, photos, information, etc., and it made me want to give up on Etsy, but the App makes it so easy and as of now, I can say that the customer support is really great.
