l was having some issues with importing some of my products from my old store in shopify over to Etsy. I had the opportunity to work with Shikha Chaturved on the technical support at Etsy Marketplace and I must say that I am over satisfied with his support

The app it's just amazing, the customer support Rishabh and Phoenix keep contact, close, with you on Skype, helping and answer at everything. They guide you and fix everything at any hour.

This app is more full-featured than others we tried in terms of how much can be customized and imported (maintaining product photo linking for variations, etc). It was a huge help in transferring 1,000s of listings from Etsy to Shopify.
