Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

I'm having constant errors with my product variants and the customer support takes FOREVER to get back to you. Running into error after error and not being able to sell my items is having a negative impact on my business. The product variants are uploaded correctly and show correctly but when purchased they all say the same variant. My variant inventory also isn't updating. I'm going to have to swap to a different app, paying for this app is literally like me burning my money.

After an initial issue with being charged for the app I uninstalled, CedCommerce support contacted me and refunded the amount. I appreciate their quick attention to this matter.

The app is ok overall. I have a lot of products that I need to sync, which takes a while
when syncing in bulk. There is also not a way to remove products ones it synced with an app
unless support is involved. The support is very responsive and helpful.

The app can be fiddly and difficult to understand initially but they have an excellent, on hand support team who will talk you through any issues. They can also help fix issues on the back end which has saved me hours

Firstly I want to tell everyone that the Customer service at Cedcommerce is the best I ever had. If you have any question or issue, there is a chat option and whatsapp. Tech experts ready to help.
Personally I pulled the plug on Shopify because they didn’t a very important feature that Etsy has which made it not feasible to have the same inventory on Shopify and Etsy, which would have been impossible to manage. I’m hoping that Shopify will fix this issue so that I can sell on both platforms.
