Their customer service is top notch, there is always someone there to help me through an issue. The orders push through properly as do the products I send to etsy. I have tried 2-3 other apps like this one and this one just does the job. I highly recommend them.

It's a really good app. It's cut down the time taken to upload new listings to Etsy and helps me to keep track of the published status of my listings on Etsy. I have about 400 different listings and was struggling to use another app, as it was time-consuming uploading new listings. It brings through your orders into your shopify store, which I find helpful. The support from the staff is excellent, they help you immediately and understand your needs. I haven't found the documentation very helpful as it doesn't tell you much more than the app itself. I've therefore needed to ask for help from the staff, but they are really knowledgeable and always sort it out.
